Tatiana specializes in civil law, international projects, intellectual property. Her projects are noted by the international (Legal 500, IFLR1000) and Russian (Pravo.ru, The Kommersant) rankings.

In 2017 the Russian rating Pravo.ru-300 noted S&K Vertical’s Pro Bono Practice led by Tatiana as the most purposeful project of the year.

Professional experience

Tatiana heds the Pro Bono practice, specializes in civil and corporate law, intellectual property, and settlement of accounts. Tatiana has considerable experience in providing legal assistance to state and private organizations engaged in the implementation of Russian and international projects in the sphere of culture.

Tatiana graduated from the Law Department of the St. Petersburg State University, 2006; Master of Law (LLM), Stockholm University, 2008. She is Assistant Professor at the Chair of Civil Law of the St. Petersburg State University. 


  • represented the creditor bank in the bankruptcy proceedings on  a large wholesale trading company, which resulted in that the client was able to recover a substantial part of  claimed amounts;
  • provided legal support for the activities of a group of companies that produce films in Russia, Ukraine, Germany and the United Kingdom;
  • developed and successfully implemented the scheme of financial support of a state institution of culture by a private investor, which contributed into the establishment of a significant cultural institution on the map of Moscow;
  • developed a shareholders agreement providing for a mechanism for the forced purchase of  shares (BMBY) and subsequent forced redemption of shares in the interests of the client;
  • carried out enforcement of the decision of a Russian commercial court in China, which included the processes in the courts of the first and appellate instances and the actual collection of the debt;
  • represented a software developer in a dispute with one of the largest mobile telecommunications operators, which resulted in the settlement agreement that fully corresponded to the interests of the client;
  • provided legal structure for the private investor’s participation in the cultural and educational project in Moscow.
