Professional experience

Natalia Kolerova specializes in the area of bankruptcy and corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, and manages projects related to the settlement of the troubled debts of Asian Clients in Russia. She has considerable experience in high-profile corporate conflicts, as well as at various stages of bankruptcy proceedings in commercial courts. Natalia graduated from the Law Department of the St. Petersburg State University in 2012.


  • represented Russia’s Top 10 bank in debtor insolvency cases, which were the largest regional enterprises and business structures;
  • represented the clients in the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC); 
  • advised All-Russian Society for Nature Protection, Russia’s oldest environmental organization;
  • represented the client in disputes with the companies of the Mechel group and of the Kirov Plant group with a total amount of claims of 500 million rubles;
  • implemented measures to prevent bankruptcy of a large oil company of the North-West region of Russia;
  • represented the client in a corporate conflict and bankruptcy proceedings on the largest oil transshipment port in the north of Russia;
  • managed troubled debts recovery on behalf of the companies belonging to South Korean financial and industrial groups, including insolvency cases and non-judicial settlement proceedings;
  • Represented the shareholders of region-forming enterprises in North-West of Russia in corporate conflicts;
  • represented state-owned insurance corporations from Asia in connection with debt recovery in Russia.
