Article “Problems of arbitral proceedings between Russian and Chinese companies” is publiched in journal “Enterpreneurial law” (“Predprinimatelskoye pravo”)

"Law and Business" appendix to journal "Entrepreneurial Law" ["Predprinimatelskoye Pravo"] No. 1/2017 has been released.

The current issue has attarcted attention since it is dedicated to Russian-Chinese studies in the field of business law. 

In the appendix, one can find article "Problems of arbitral proceedings between Russian and Chinese companies". This article describes the problem of determining the jurisdiction for the disputes arising out of transnational contracts between Russian and Chinese companies. The focus is made on the current state of regulation and the ambiguous judicial practice caused by this regulation as well as on the main advantages of creating a new international center for arbitration disputes in the Far East and the main characteristics of this court of arbitration.
