The lawyer Tatyana Usatenko has made a report titled “Conflicts in the field of patent law” at the XI International Students' Law Conference iSLaCo
On March 18-20, 2011 the XI International Students' Law Conference iSLaCo 2011 “Legal incentives and obstacles of scientific and technical development, innovations and modernization of economy” was hold with support of the law firm S&K Vertical.
iSLaCo is an international students' law conference, which annually gathers present and future lawyers from diverse cities of Russia and other countries intra muros the Faculty of Law of St.-Petersburg State University. The conference is held by the Faculty of Law of St.-Petersburg State University and the Students Society of the Faculty of Law of St.-Petersburg State University.
Reports made by young scholars were heard and discussed within the scope of 11 sections (corresponding to the Faculty departments) and an extra English section Leading experts, theorists and practicing lawyers gave seminars to students dedicated to topical issues of diverse areas of law.
Tatyana Usatenko, a lawyer of the law firm S&K Vertical has made a report in one of the sections titled “Conflicts in the field of patent law”. She presented to her audience an instructive report along with an informative presentation.
T. Usatenko told about subjects of industrial property, classification of judicial disputes in this field, quoted the most sensational lawsuits. She also told about specifics of conflicts in the field of patent law and the draft law on creation of court specializing in intellectual property cases.
T. Usatenko’s report excited a keen interest of the students. They asked her many challenging questions.
