The team of school No. 79 won the finals of the 7th Regional Moot Court Competition n. a. Prince P. G. of Oldenburg

On May 19, 2012, the finals of the 7th Regional Moot Court Competition n. a. Prince P. G. of Oldenburg took place, with six school teams competing for victory. They should demonstrate knowledge of the legislation, ability to analyze the facts of the case, and oratorical skills. School teams might become defenders or prosecutors in a case relating to drug trafficking, their roles were settled by lot.
Prior to the finals of the Competition, Nadezhda Mukhina conducted another meeting with students at the school no. 79, within the program of partnership between professional lawyers and school students. This session was dedicated to working out new arguments of prosecution and defense. Nadezhda Mukhina advised the school students on advantageous statement and sequence of arguments, and on making one’s speech more convincing.
In the finals of the 7th Regional Moot Court Competition the team of the school no. 79 played the role of “defenders” which brought them victory.
